Important steps to be followed
- Your application should contain the passport photograph of size 240 x 360 pixels.
- After filling all the information in the application form, download and take the print out (A4 size).
- Application must be duly signed by Teacher-Participant.
- Application must be signed by concerned authority with seal.
- Scan the Application Form in PDF format, and upload the same using application number which is appear in the Application Form.
- The Application Form must be verified and approved by the UGC-HRDC, then only you will receive COURSE ID through SMS and Email.
- For further communication you must use the COURSE ID.
- The validity of the Application is upto 31.03.2021 only.
- The Teacher Participants who have already submitted Applications earlier in hard copy must apply online once again.
- The application will be rejected, if it was not signed by the concerned authority along with the seal.
- Do not send the hard copy of the online application to the HRDC office.
- If application is rejected, the applicant will receive the information through SMS and also to registered email. In this case, applicant should login by using registered email and re-upload the application after making necessary corrections.
